Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing TimeCurrently, The Velvet Crow will ship in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. International shipping will be available at a later date-- stay posted. All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 7-10 business days for transit & delivery with standard shipping. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone if one has been provided. Shipping rates & delivery estimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping to PO Boxes is only valid strictly with USPS.
- If the customer should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient´s telephone number must be included on the order. Else, the customer's package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS or FedEx Service Guarantee, and may require an address correction charge by the courier.
- If a package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and/or taxes. It may take up to 8 weeks for The Velvet Crow to get returned packages, and any original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
The Velvet Crow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
